We're moving into the realm of haiku here! There's as much value in detail witheld as detail presented.
You're not putting out a lot to work with here - however I can see this kid. What are your reasons for boiling down the details? Is there any more to add, or are you going to make us deal with the "negative space"?
That may actually be cool, come to think of it, since few things are so unsettling as the unknown and it's so cool to make your audience squirm!
